Industrial Safety Solutions
Conventional
Lightning Arrester
Our conventional lightning protection systems provide a high-protection shield for buildings and infrastructure. These arresters are engineered to attract lightning strikes preferentially and divert energy safely to the ground.
Advanced Protection
Standards
Designed using the Franklin Rod principle, our spike arresters are the first line of defense against atmospheric discharges. By creating a specific zone of protection, they ensure that your equipment, structures, and personnel remain shielded from direct strike damage.

System Overview
Conventional Lightning Protection systems offer a high-protection shield to buildings, structures, equipment, and personnel. When lightning strikes, it will preferentially strike the spike arrester and be conducted harmlessly to the ground through the wire network, instead of passing through the building where it could cause severe fire hazards or electrocution.
Air Termination Rods
The air termination rods are mounted on top of the building to catch the discharge of lightning current from the cloud and safely divert the same to the ground without damaging the structure. We manufacture four specific types of rods:
- Aluminum Lightning Rod
- GI Lightning Rod
- Copper Lightning Rod
- Copper Bonded Rod
Down Conductor System
From the air termination devices on the roof, arresters on the building walls carry the lightning current safely from the point of impact down to the earthing system.

Safety Mechanism
Our Conventional Lightning Protection systems provide an essential high-protection shield to your buildings and valuable equipment. During a strike, the spike arrester acts as the preferred contact point, ensuring current is diverted safely to the ground via wire conductors, bypassing the building's internal structure to prevent fire and electrocution risks.
Advanced Air Termination
Our air termination rods are available in Copper, GI, Aluminum, or Copper Bonded variants. These rods are strategically mounted on building rooftops to intercept lightning current from the clouds and safely ground it, ensuring zero structural damage.
Impact Management:
Arresters installed on building walls facilitate the safe transport of high-voltage current from roof-level air termination devices directly to the dedicated earthing network.

Protection Architecture
Offering a high-protection shield for industrial and commercial structures, this Conventional Lightning Protection system ensures that strikes are preferentially captured by the spike arrester. This process ensures harmless conduction to the ground, eliminating the risk of structural fires and lethal electrical surges.
Rooftop Air termination
The air termination rods (available in GI, Copper, and Aluminum) are mounted at high elevations to intercept cloud-to-ground discharges. We specialize in manufacturing all four major rod types to suit various environmental conditions and building materials.
Safe Current Routing
Our down conductor systems ensure that the lightning current captured on the roof is carried safely across the building walls to the earthing system, preventing any damage to the building's structural integrity or electronic infrastructure.
